What is pre-order?

Pre-orders are orders that you place for products that are not in stock that we order once a month. Once we have all orders and payments in for pre-order items, we will order from our suppliers and your item/s will be shipped to you once we receive it. We will update you regularly on the whereabouts of your pre-ordered item. Usually it takes anything between four to eight weeks to reach South Africa.

How does your pre-order process work?
  1. Pre-order items for the month will be announced on our Facebook Page, Instagram page and loaded on the store.
  2. Each pre-order item has a minimum quantity that needs to be purchased for us to be able to bring them in, in +/-4 weeks.
  3. On the store you will see a stock amount; this amount is reflecting how many orders we still need to be able to bring the item into S.A.
  4. If the back order option is only available, this means that we will definitely be bringing the item in, in +/- 4 weeks.
  5. With some of the items, if mentioned in their description, if we do not have enough orders for the item, you will be able to choose whether to wait 4-8 weeks for our suppliers to send via post, or you can pay the costs to bring it in via the courier (this amount will be determined by weight of the product) or be given store credit or issued a refund.
  6. If there are not enough orders to meet the minimum quantity and the above is not mentioned, we will inform you if we cannot bring them in and either provide store credit or refund you.
  7. Our pre-order items are generally imported from all over the world, each country has different ways and speeds of sending the items to us, and we ask that you remain patient, as customs in S.A generally takes longer than most countries to clear items.
  8. You will be provided with updates on the whereabouts of your items as soon as we receive updates. We unfortunately cannot provide you with your own tracking number, as we buy these items in bulk and it is not only your item/s that are being sent to us.
When do I pay for my pre-order?

You pay for your pre-order in full when you place your order.

What will happen if the price on my pre-order changes?

The price changing, either being increased or decreased will not affect your order in any way.

Why do the prices of some pre-order products change?

When it comes to our pre-order products, we have to take the exchange rate into account. Sometimes our suppliers also have price increases and we have to increase our pricing. If you have ordered a pre-order item before the increase in price, you will not need to pay any more towards your order.

Can I request a refund for my pre-order item?

If your pre-order item has not yet been ordered with our suppliers we will gladly refund you or provide you with store credit. If, however, the order has already been placed with our suppliers we cannot refund you, as the item you purchased was ordered specifically for you. Please keep in mind that pre-order items take 4-8 weeks to get to South Africa.

I haven't received my pre-order item and it has been 8 weeks, can I request a refund?

In the Product Description section under each pre-order product, as well as in the first few emails you receive once you have placed your order; we do inform you that pre-order items can take 4-8 weeks to get to South Africa. Please be patient when it comes to pre-order items, we cannot control how long South African customs takes. Sometimes it can take longer than 8 weeks to reach us.
